Looking For Fishing Gear (Corvallis)

Moved to Corvallis last year and am seeking some new fishing gear.
I have basic trout rods from back home, but I’m looking to get into all of the following, deep sea, spear fishing, crabbing, and crawdads; pretty much anything aquatic I’m obsessed with.
I don’t have enough money to drop on all new gear so I’m looking for some used equipment.
