I have a room for rent in brand new home.
It is in a beautiful , peaceful and wooded area of NW Albany.
Its a 3 bdr 2 bath home you will be sharing with myself my husband and dog Raven and another couple.
We are 420 friendly.
Its pretty quiet and peaceful up here and we would like to keep it that way.
So no drama please.
You must be a working professional with a verifiable income.
You must be tidy and willing to help out around the house if needed.
I haven't been able to get the landscaping done yet and probably wont until this next spring so once the rain starts it can be pretty muddy so you must take shoes off at the door.
The rent will be $450 plus a $250 deposit.
Rent is due on the 1st of every month.
