We are two roommates, both graduate students (39F and 23F) in the plant sciences, looking for a third roommate for our house located in Southtown (2 miles south of campus and close to Willamette Park).
The room is 12x12, has a large closet, an ensuite bathroom, and a separate entrance with a mudroom.
The room is $780+utilities.
Utilities for the last year have been between $100-140 a month each (water, gas, electric, and internet).
We have multiple garden beds, a covered porch, a carport, and a shed for storage.
Gas stove, laundry, and air conditioning.
The lease is month to month and would start May 1st, 2024.
