Looking for a roommate to join my kitty and I.
Ideally someone between 23 and 38 who is willing to be friendly and hang out sometimes.
I am neurodivergent, I love plants and cooking, currently watching one piece, queer friendly and may consider another cat depending on mines reaction.
He's been exposed to other cats on rare occasions but nothing that I can fully determine his behavior.

5 Bath, $500 deposit plus first month rent, $800 for a single person $925 for a couple.
Rent, utilities, in unit dishwasher and hot water heater, personal thermostat in the room for heat and we use either box fans or ac units during summer, internet included, (within reason, please don't waste water etc 🤗) you can use my Netflix or hbo, etc, w/e I have at the time.
Laundry is paid unfortunately, and we share 3 washers and 3 dryers between 10 units.
Security cameras all around the outside, one parking space in the lot that would be covered by said cameras and then it is street parking for more; motorcycle friendly.
I work from home so it has to be fairly quiet during those times but it's usually ass crack of dawn till about noon or so; I don't forsee an issue in most cases.
You'll have a private room upstairs with a large closet; I only ask the door remain closed since my kitty believes this is the room he is allowed to be nefarious in.
The full bath right next to the room would be primarily but not entirely yours as I tend to stay in the common areas downstairs and can use the half bath there for most activities.
Small back patio to hang out on.
We can determine fridge and freezer space as needed, one main fridge and freezer that comes with the apartment, one mini fridge to use for drinks, and a deep freeze if you need extra.
I have most amenities ready such as dishes, microwave, etc.
but I'll know more specifics within the next few weeks once the current roommate moves out as we pooled money for some expensive items like the TV a few years ago.
