$675 / 1br - 1700ft2 - room for rent (corvallis)

Hello! I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at The Domain starting July 1st until August 31st (2 months).
The lease ends August 31st but you can talk to management about renewing the lease for the next year.
Rent is $879, you will have to pay for insurance (mine is about $13 a month) and electricity which is usually $15-30 a month.
Alternatively, I am willing to sublease my room for a lower cost of $675: I will still have my things in the room (packed up) and I will still officially be on the lease.
I will be going back home for the summer so I really just need help covering rent while I'm not there.
The bus stop is right outside the complex property and you'll be close to nature areas for walking/hiking.
There is a 24hr gym, clubhouse with study rooms and computers, pool, hammock hang out area.
Completely furnished, private room and bathroom.
My roommates are very easy going and respectful.
They likely won't be here over the summer, not sure if they are also planning on subleasing.
