Nice backyard and a grill to boot.
Current tenants are professionals in their early 30s.
We drink on the weekends in the garage, enjoy music, (maybe making beer this summer??) socializing, and maintaining a healthy atmosphere.
Did I mention we like to cook, make art, read, and make music? Garden enthusiasts welcome! Need to fill an extra room and maintain a guest room for the occasional guest.
We’re looking for someone open to no drama and a desire to improve themselves.
