$589 / 2br - Room for rent! 2 bed 1 bath (NW Corvallis)

Hello! I'm looking to fill my room in a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in NW Corvallis.
I will be moving out by June 30th, though the lease will be renewed on August 1st.
Our rent is currently $589.
50 each plus $30-75 for electric, and $25 for internet (garbage and water included).
There will likely be a small rent increase when the lease renews, I will make sure to update the posting with that amount when I have it.
My roommate who you'll be staying with has been in the apartment for a few years now, they are really nice, very clean, keeps to themself mostly, and has two very sweet lil kitties.
The apartment is very cute and homey, stays warm in the winter & my roommate has a good AC for the summer.
Looking for someone who is queer friendly, cleans up after themself, and preferably introverted (or at least respectful with volume and such).
Unfortunately no dogs, sorry! If you're interested message me and we can work on setting up a time to chat more & then set up a tour.
