$500 / 3br - Room for rent (Corvallis)

The rent is $500 + utilities (normally around $70-80).
You will have your own room.
I am about 5 miles from the OSU campus, off Riverside Dr.
It is pretty much half way between Corvallis and Albany, perfect for those who commute between both or want to be out of the center of town.
You'll be living with me(24m) and my brother(22m).
I'm studying computer science and mathematics at OSU.
I love nature, animals, all types of games, cooking and baking.
I also enjoy cycling, rock climbing, and playing soccer.
I'm pretty easy going but I would prefer non-smokers.
