You'll get a whole bedroom to yourself.
You'll share a bathroom with just me, the other guy has the master.
There's no room in the garage for your stuff, sorry, and you might have to park on the street (there's a spot that the neighbor parks in sometimes so maybe discuss it with them).
Because of this you're rent will be a whopping $477 per month before utilities.
Water is paid for by landlord.

- no pets - no smoking IMPORTANT: this is not a subleasing situation, you'll have to sign the lease with the rental company, which means applying and background checks and such.
It's a year lease that expires end of January 2025.
