There is room for more clothes/storage along with a washer and dryer.
The house has easy access to public transit, the freeways, LBCC, the Albany Hospital; OSU and the Corvallis Hospital are 15 minutes away.
You can use the kitchen upstairs.
I've got top-of-the-line appliances, including a hot/cold water dispenser and an array of coffee makers.
There is a dining room that you can use.
The rear quadrant of the house on the main level has the kitchen, and bathroom so you have a lot of privacy throughout your living area.
I just remodeled/refreshed the house (still buttoning up and it never ends really), so it looks really nice! 1.
5 bath (very large main bathroom on top floor, 1/2 bath on main level pretty much all yours) and a spacious kitchen with lots of cabinetry.
It's a big house with, front yard and back yard, front porch and back deck, garage, lots of room for storage, off-street parking.
$875 a month includes all utilities, fast internet, and YouTube TV is included.
Month-to-month to start, a one-month deposit is required.
