The main room is a great size, unfurnished (13'x15') with gorgeous views and incredible lighting! Enjoy peace and privacy in Newport Heights! The main room has a private entrance with a small landing.
$1000 includes two rooms, a smaller room which could be used as a yoga / art studio or a child’s bedroom.
You will be sharing common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom, garage, and backyard) with another person and a dog.
Utilities (electric, trash, and internet) will be split in half - there is no water fee as we're on a well.
No smoking indoors, no drugs, no drama.
