Commercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for an Assistant Manager II with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for the 384-unit apartment communities of Timberridge Place and Somerset Place Apartment Homes.
Amenities at this apartment community include a clubhouse, playground, pool and spa, along with a fitness center.
You will be assisting the Property Manager with day-to-day management including marketing, maintaining property integrity, screening prospective residents, collecting rents, serving notices, developing reports, and preparing agreements, as well as support and fill in for the leasing agent to lease apartments, answer phones, and tour prospects.

Schedule: FT, Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Additional Compensation: Monthly $25 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement Weekly Contracted Hours: 40 What we’ll do for you as Assistant Manager II (Employee Benefits): The Assistant Manager II is eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of employment.

A pre-employment background check is required on all final candidates* What you will bring as an Assistant Manager II • Six (6) months of previous property management experience (preferred).
• Six (6) months to one (1) year of previous supervisory experience (required).
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math skills with the ability to perform bookkeeping tasks involving collecting rent, preparation of reports, and agreements.
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivated, and high energy.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Labor Laws, Fair Housing, and safety protocols.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• A current valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and proof of auto insurance.
