As a Real Estate Loan Servicer III in our Corvallis Financial Center, you'll be the frontline contact and solution-maker for members and staff regarding servicing of real estate and business loans.
You'll use your strong technology skills to ensure loan funding, process mortgage loan set up, modifications, payments and payoffs.
You'll contact members regarding overdue insurance and property tax payments, audit loans, perform post-closing processes, clear liens and be responsible for balancing general ledger accounts and reconciling participation loan balances.

What you will need to be successful:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years of experience in the real estate financial services industry required
One year experience as a Real Estate Servicer or Processor and working with secondary market or other external investorspreferred
Excellent time management, problem-solving and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Experience with basic accounting principles and strong spreadsheet skills preferred
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required
Proficiency in Word and Excel, and real estate software experience preferred
Location:1980 NW 9th Street
Work type: Full-Time, onsite and non-exempt
Compensation:$23/hr plus bonus
