Older African Grey (Siletz)

I took in this older African grey last year and helped get him back in better shape.
He was an absolute mess from being under weight and off balance as well as cannot grip well with one foot.
Unfortunately my circumstances have changed and he is in need of a new place to call home.
There is a small fee for him which does not include his cage or I can let the cage go for extra.
He chatters a lot.
I thought I've heard him talk but never when I'm right in the room.
He has a high preference for women young or old.
He tolerates other birds but doesn't want to be their friend.
He used to pluck and still has some bald spots on his chest although no where near as bad as when I first got him.
I'm not in a hurry to place him but the sooner the better for him.
