10-12 year old black cat (Newport)

Hello I have a sweet black cat who is about 10-12 years old.
His name is Panda and is a lover.
He is slightly skittish but loves to rest on a warm lap.
He hasn't been around a lot of dogs, but has lived with other cats.
He is up to date with shots, takes flea meds monthly, and is very well behaved.
He would come with a xtra large litter box, food, litter, and pet carrier.
My biggest concern is that he finds a good Home.
I live in Newport and frequent Corvallis and am posting in both areas.
URGENT!!! I've been slowly looking to re-home him because i'm barely home, and can't quite take enough care of him.
However I need to find a new home ASAP as I have to leave town to take care of family.
