Looking for a sniffspot (Lincoln City)

My dog needs more exercise.
She is a rescue with a history of abuse.
She is afraid of other dogs and has fear aggression.
She is good with people she knows.
I am looking for a private fenced yard I could rent occasionally.
The sniff spot sight doesn't have anything in Lincoln City.
