I am currently fostering this sweet female cat who was found 2 days ago off SW Coast Ave in Lincoln City.
She is now safe and warm in my home with food, water, and litter box.
She does not have a collar and I was told she does not have a micro chip.
Please contact me if you are the original owner.
If no one claims the kitty I will adopt her.
