Wanted puppy (Albany)

Wanted a puppy that is the size of a cat for medical purposes to be trained to identify seizures strokes, and falls.
Have doctors note for a companion really need this puppy it would bring joy to my heart, and my heart will be complete to have a companion that I can train to do this.
