Qualifications and Skills:
1.
Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred).
2.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
3.
Proven experience in nursing leadership roles, demonstrating effective management and problem-solving skills.
4.
In-depth knowledge of nursing practices, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
5.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
