If you have good maintenance skills, a great attitude, and the desire to be a key part of your community’s success by providing exceptional services to your Residents, we want to talk to you! This is a part-time position working 18 hours per week.
Summary
Under the supervision and at the direction of a higher-level Maintenance Technician, provides less complicated repairs and preventative maintenance.
Duties
Exterior painting of curbs, speedbumps as necessary
On a daily basis, maintains common areas on the property including laundry room(s), office, community room, mailbox area(s), parking lots and carports, trash and recycling enclosures,
Keep trash and recycling areas clean
Winter: snow and ice response, as necessary
Minor maintenance requests as directed by maintenance team
Assist Maintenance Technicians with an annual preventative maintenance program consisting of unit inspections
Qualifications

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be able to read and understand written instructions
Must have the ability to complete reports
Ability to communicate effectively with residents
