JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Provides reception and administrative support services to patients and providers within and outside the SHS system.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
The Child/Adolescent Mental Health teams at Samaritan Health Services provide a full range of professional mental health services through a team of highly skilled psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners and licensed clinical social workers.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience or training with computer applications required.
One (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred.
Experience or training in medical/insurance terminology preferred.
Experience with practice management scheduling systems preferred.
Mental Health experience preferred.
