We are looking for a Bilingual Resources/ Outreach Health Navigator to provide assistance to our beautiful community! If you love to help people and have a background in Public Health, Education, Community Outreach, Health Services or Health Navigation we'd love to hear from you!The first review of applications will be on January 29, 2024.

Job SummaryHealth Navigators work as part of an interdisciplinary team to conduct community level outreach, education, and navigation services.
They conduct community organizing and mobilization to engage communities and organizations in health planning, program development and policy activities.
They may provide specialized services depending on area of assignment.
This position may also be called upon to assist with community outreach and engagement efforts during the COVID-19 response or other emergencies (wildfire, extreme heat, flooding, etc.
).
Based at the Health Services Building in Corvallis.
It provides navigation services, outreach, enrollment, and engagement to the Community Health Centers of Benton and Linn Counties' patients and surrounding communities.
Please Note: This is a Bilingual Spanish/ English position and offers a Bilingual Differential of base salary plus an additional 5% upon successful completion of required language testing.
