Child/Adolescent Therapist - Contractor and Full-Time positions open
Responsibilities of Child/Adolescent Therapist:
Rendering evidence–based therapeutic treatment to patients
Providing an array of mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone
Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable
Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services
Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State and company guidelines
Qualifications of a Child/Adolescent Therapist:
Required:
Active LCSW licensure
Demonstrated psychotherapy experience using evidence-based treatments with child & adolescents and their parents or caregivers
Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients over video sessions
Training and experience in evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPP, PMT, Play Therapy)
Cultural competency to work with families.
Interest in working with children and adolescents with moderate and high acuity levels
Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection and private, quiet space for sessions
*Actively seeking clinicians fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, and Cantonese
Preferred:
Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese
Two years of experience providing clinical supervision (for those interested in a supervisory role)
Prior tele-health or remote experience
Reliable self-starter who is able to work independently and also as part of a team
Strong engagement and assessment skills to work with a diverse range of patients
