NaturalPoint is now hiring for the position of Assembly Technician.
The ideal candidate will have experience assembling in a production environment.
Candidate should be self-motivated, have a mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail.
As Assembly Technician you will:
• Assemble electronic, optical and casing components to very high standards
• Use in-house software tools and calibration rigs to calibrate products
• Maintain the highest quality standards and ensure that compliance with appropriate quality standards is maintained
• Ensure a tidy and organized working environment, including appropriate storage of stock
Required Qualifications
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Practical experience of assembly
• Lift 10 lbs daily and lift/move up to 50 lbs weekly
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Optical and Electronic Assembly
• Experience with Hand Soldering
• Knowledge of electronic component values (read reels, resistors, capacitors, etc.
)
