Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine *Corvallis, Oregon* *Opportunity* We have an excellent, full time opportunity available for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team.
Our privately owned multi-specialty group is located in Oregon’s Mid-Willamette Valley and we have two openings for advanced clinical practitioners to join our Internal Medicine team.
*Details* -Full-time; 40 hours per week, includes 24 patient contact hours -Provide urgent, same-day, or next-day access -Provide interim co-management of chronic illnesses (titrating medications, interval routine follow-up care) -Conduct CMS Annual Wellness Visits as needed -Ensure continuity of care during transitions (retirements, medical leave, vacations, etc.
