AUDIOLOGIST – Cascade Regional Inclusive Services Classification: Licensed 190-day calendar Reports to: Cascade Regional Inclusive Services Director FSLA Status: Exempt POSITION OVERVIEW The audiologist is a unique and highly skilled member of the Cascade Regional Inclusive Services.
This provider is part of a team of exceptional educators offering a multidisciplinary approach to serve students with low incidence disabilities in all of our constituent districts.
This rewarding assignment provides audiological screening and evaluation as well as habilitation supports for the students and families of our most needy and at-risk populations.
As part of our regional delivery model, the specialist in this position is surrounded by a team of professionals to consult, problem solve and coordinate educational supports for students with hearing needs across our tri-county area.
QUALIFICATIONS 1.
Master’s Degree in Audiology is required, Doctorate in Audiology (Au.
D.
) is preferred.

Valid Audiologist License as issued by the Oregon Board of Examiners in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ASHA).

Minimum of two years of demonstrated successful experience as a practicing Audiologist in a pediatric or educational setting preferred.

Ability to provide clear and effective written and oral communication with students, teachers, families and other professionals.
