RN - C.N.A Instructor

$7,500 Welcome/Relocation bonus: Regency Albany is seeking a competent and caring RN CNA Instructor and Staff Developer to educate our next generation of staff.
: We are Regency Albany, a skilled nursing community located in the heart of the Willamette Valley.
We are looking for caring compassionate resident-minded individuals to join our team.
: As a CNA instructor, you're an experienced R.
N.
with skilled nursing and long-term care experience and a passion for helping others advance their nursing career.
: You will: * Provide direct instruction to Nursing Assistant (NA) students * Ensure required regulatory education follows state-specific requirements.
* Ensures NA students can pass state-required testing to become Certified Nursing Assistants.
* Provide CPR w/BLS training to N.
A.
students.
* Create and provide class schedules.
* Assist as a floor nurse in the skilled nursing community when not conducting a class.
You currently: * Possess a CPR/BLS certification and a valid R.
N.
license in the state of instruction.
* Experience teaching is preferred, but the right attitude and drive override this expectation.
* Have one year of nursing experience in a licensed nursing facility.
* Excellent written and oral communication and motivational skills.
* Problem-solve in both resident care and employee situations.
