Dental Assistant/EFDA

Job Title: Dental Assistant / EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) Employment Type: Part-time Our General Dental Practice is seeking a dedicated Dental Assistant or Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team.
While an EFDA certificate is preferred, it is not required.

Compensation: $22-28/hour (Depending on Qualifications) In addition to competitive hourly pay, we offer 3 weeks off per year, and various employee perks.

Minimum Requirements: * High school degree or equivalent.
* Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) Oregon Certificate preferred but not required, X-ray license REQUIRED * Friendly and enthusiastic personality.
* Punctual and neat appearance.
* Respectful towards patients and coworkers.
* Willing to cooperate and collaborate with fellow employees.
* Ability to get along well with others.
Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities: * Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
* Ensure patients receive necessary care and have a positive experience.
* Maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for patients.
* Uphold a high level of cleanliness and organization in the work environment.
* Collaborate with coworkers to provide efficient and effective dental care.
* Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
* Possess a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
