The Quality Enhancement Coordinator will assist the Administrator in Quality Assurance programs and other day to day operations duties as assigned.
Will assist all departments in developing and maintaining systems within their departments to improve the quality of the lives served at The Oregon Veterans’ Home.
This position will take an active/lead role with the Abaqis system.
Educate and provide training for all departments regarding measuring information.
Complete corporate compliance reporting quarterly.
This position is delegated the authority, responsibility and accountability necessary to carry out the duties assigned by the Administrator.
Education and Experience: 1.
Graduate of an accredited school on nursing and current Oregon Nurse license 2.
Experience in care of geriatric patients as evidenced by completed courses and clinical practice 3.
Proven ability to communicate effectively to staff and residents 4.
Demonstrates leadership abilities 5.
