We are looking for a Petroleum Services Technician to join our Albany branch.

This position is responsible for providing operational support, predictive maintenance, repair and/or replacement of Carson equipment and customer equipment at customer sites or at Carson facilities.
This position supports Carson’s mission of providing technical and advanced service offerings and programs that enhance the customer’s operational capabilities and profitability and establishes Carson as a highly valued business partner.
Responsibilities Include:
Operate, maintain, and repair Carson fluid reclamation equipment.
Maintain, repair and/or replace customer’s reliability or fluid dispensing equipment.
Interact effectively and professionally with customer’s maintenance personnel.
Fabricate parts and accessories as needed.
Obtain fluid samples from tanks, reservoirs, and equipment.
Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies.
Prepare reports and monthly inventories.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Install reliability or fluid dispensing equipment.
Job Specifications:
Ultrasonic Technician Level II certification required.
Experience providing commercial and industrial reliability services desired.
Experience with repairing/maintaining fluid handling equipment (fuel or lubricants preferred).
High quality written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to travel; job requires extensive and frequent travel within and outside Oregon.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and put them into practice.
High degree of work flexibility; customer needs come first and require a quick response at any hour or day.
A demonstrated knowledge of industrial equipment, fluid handling equipment maintenance/repair.
Flexible and open to changing priorities and completing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed time frames.
Interact with others in person, over the phone, and via other devices.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass drug test and background check.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements
Ability to work outside and in fluctuating temperatures.
Frequently operate a computer.
Move about the facility to access file cabinets, documents, office machinery, and other equipment.
Physical demands include twisting, pulling, kneeling, and squatting in and around small spaces.
Occasional bending, twisting, and turning while lifting weights of less than seventy-five (75) pounds.
Maintaining balance at heights of up to 20 feet.
Withstanding road shocks and vibrations while driving a commercial vehicle.
Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception and focus.
