JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
Performs receptionist duties and provides clerical support for office.
Greets patients and interfaces with hospital staff, clinical staff, patients and visitors in a professional manner.
DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
Our primary care sports medicine physicians specialize in preventing, diagnosing and treating injuries related to participation in sports and/or exercise, specifically the rotation or deformation of joints or muscles caused by engaging physical activities.
We also offer a Concussion Care Program to provide diagnosis, treatment and safe return to play for athletes following concussions.
The program provides expert, individualized care for athletes of all sports and ages.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience and/or training with computer applications required.
Minimum of one (1) year experience and/or training in a position of similar responsibility and complexity preferred.
Experience and/or training with medical/insurance terminology preferred.
