Mammography Technologist

Responsibilities: - Perform mammography exams on patients in a professional and compassionate manner - Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures - Position patients correctly for optimal imaging results - Operate mammography equipment and adjust settings as necessary - Review images for quality and accuracy, ensuring all necessary information is captured - Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to interpret and evaluate exam results - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Requirements: - Valid certification as a Mammography Technologist - Proficient in performing mammography exams using digital imaging technology - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to mammography - Familiarity with other imaging modalities such as CT, PET scan, sonography, etc.
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and accurately interpret exam results - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records and documentation Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.

Job Type: Contract Pay: $3,200.
