This is a limited-duration appointment expected to last until 10/31/2024.
This position is to coordinate and proactively manage the relocation of most of the offices, labs, and other facilities of the Department of Integrative Biology.
The relocation that will be coordinated and managed will be from off-campus to on-campus, as well between multiple buildings on the Corvallis campus.
Responsibilities include collaborating with end users to determine project goals and schedules, creating a phasing plan, site visits at origin and destination, reviewing and preparing contracts as needed, supervising assistants, working with departmental administrators and the moving committee, and communicating move policies and procedures, all while providing excellent and prompt customer service and meeting established deadlines.

Two of the required years must have included administration or oversight of an on-going project or program.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration or a closely-related field may be substituted for up to two years of the required experience.
There is no substitution for the two years of administrative experience.
Preference may be given to individuals with experience in a specialty area specific to the position opening.
What You Will Need This position is designated as a critical or security-sensitive position; therefore, the incumbent must successfully complete a criminal history check and be determined to be position qualified as per University Standard: 05-010 et seq.

The job will require work both on the Corvallis campus and at the Coast Range Building at 4575 SW Research Way, Corvallis, and frequent trips back and forth during some weeks.
This position will require the ability to drive university vehicles.
