Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with patient assessments and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and specimen collection
- Assist with patient education and health coaching
- Provide support for patients with special needs, behavioral health concerns, or developmental disabilities
Experience:
- Must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in the state of [state]
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner, is a plus
- Experience in specialized areas such as Botox administration, airway management, basic IV therapy, gastric lavage, laboratory procedures, or toddler care is highly desirable
