Outpatient Hospice Aide (CNA)

Looking for *Outpatient Hospice Aide (CNA 1 or 2) in Albany, OR * 13\_ weeks assignment Shift - Days (0800-1630) no weekends 40\_ guaranteed hours per week Requirement : CNA License, BLS Certificate, Covid Card * *EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS* * High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Current unencumbered Oregon CNA Level 1 or 2 certification required upon submission.
* One (1) year experience as a Certified Nursing Aide or equivalent in a health care setting required.
Experience in home health, hospice or community service preferred.
* Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS required.
* Must be able to pass Criminal Records Check upon hire and every three (3) years thereafter.
* This position requires the use of the employee's personal automobile.
Employee must have a valid driver's license and auto liability/property damage insurance as required by law and must maintain their vehicle in good working order.
