We are excited to be hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding privately owned Urgent Care and Primary care clinic.
Located in Sweet Home, Oregon, with a population of about 9,000 and a service area of 18,000, Ridgeway Health currently operates a newly renovated 5,600sqft Urgent Care and Primary Care facility.

Located in Sweet Home, OR, Ridgeway Health provides a unique experience in providing patient centered care in a rural setting just 45min away from Eugene, Corvallis, Albany, and 90min to Portland.
Sweet Home, also known as the Gateway to the Santiam Playground, has easy access to outdoor recreation year-round including fishing, hunting, skiing, hiking, camping, boating, among many other recreational activities.

*Salary:*
· Base salary: negotiable on comfort of volume and experience

*Job Requirements:*
· Possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and commitment to team-based healthcare
· Eligibility to work in the United States
· Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program.
· Unrestricted DEA and OR State License
· 1 year experience preferred, but open to new graduates
