One is helping our client find a Litigation Technologist to join the firm in either their Columbia, Nashville, Atlanta, or Charlotte offices.
This position will be responsible for project, technical, and database management, as well as litigation support functions.
The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all projects and ensure litigation support.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 2 year of litigation support experience
Advise attorneys on automation and data needs for case technology plans
Prepares recommendations and project plans, defines business and technical requirements for matters
technical management of client data
Coordinate attorney review process
Prepare training manuals and other instructional materials
Diagnoses and corrects system and network technical problems
Must have experience with Relativity and/or other e-discovery and litigation support platforms, including knowledge of text file editors, SFTP clients, encryption software, data conversion tools, etc.
Strong understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)
Proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Exceptional computer and internet skills with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
High degree of responsiveness and attention to detail
Advanced written communication skills
NOTE:
Salary is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience.
