Exchange free rent for caregiving (Philomath)

We are offering free rent in our 34’trailer on our rural property near Philomath.
In exchange we need someone to be available to help handicapped wife on an as needed basis.
This includes bathing, personal care and housekeeping.
Wife is in good health but can’t walk and you would only be needed maybe an hour or two total throughout the day as she doesn’t require constant care.
This would be ideal for someone who works from home.
You will need a car as we are 6 miles from town.
We have to request no pets and no drugs.
