Active Studio Monitor + Audiophile mini-Sub This kit includes: 2x original Mackie MR5 studio monitors.
These near-field monitors have a tight response with detailed mids for critical listening.
Unlike many current active speakers, they do not have any built in DSP to make them "sound bigger" than they are, and instead focus on accurate sound reproduction.
Powered by classic AB amplifiers rated at 130 Watts peak power, they can easily push 100+ dB for parties and loud environments 1x Sunfire TrueSub super Jr.
Measuring in at only 29lbs and on slightly larger than a soccer ball, This mini sub is stuffed with 1,500 Watts of power.
Designed by renowned audio engineer Bob Carver, this sub was coveted by many in the audiophile realm for its big sound in a small package, which includes TWO 7" woofers placed back to back.
The style is similar to the KEF KC62, but with more power.
