Software AI Internship - Rising Junior College Intern - Digital & Transformation Organization

Our internships have a thoughtful balance of networking, executive speakers, community involvement, big meaty projects (no paper filing here!) and fun! The Team: HP’s Software AI Leadership, Enablement, and Development Team, which oversees development of and investments into enterprise AI services for the world-wide software employee community.
Responsibilities: Work with HP’s Software AI Leadership, Enablement, and Development Team to develop and test leading-edge generative AI services and solutions for use by peer software developers.
You will be working hands-on developing software, integrating partner software, and applying AI/ML engineering strategies alongside the HP core team to improve the developer-experience for a world-wide community of software-development professionals.
Working with technology from Microsoft, Google, Amazon and others, you will help develop new AI solutions and insights.
Education and Experience Required / Majors: Computer Science declared major with two years of college coursework.
Experience writing working software in Python, Java, Groovy, Scala, or Go.
Hands-on class study and projects involving Generative AI are preferred.
Ideally seeking students with experience developing software targeting to deploy into cloud-hosted environments, and students with experience with large complicated data sets, statistics, and UX usage-analytics.
