wanted mac 3d cad tutor (corvallis)

wanted 3d cad tutor, for senior male here in corvallis.
I have macs and want a desktop version ( non cloud or log in, no mouthy fees ) wanted and possibly free.
want to do basic frames, like green house etc and 3d printing for small things.
tried Blender but to complicated.
