General Duties:
* Coach and support clients we assist through all phases of employment, including the job search process, navigating interviews, learning job tasks, and refining skills required to retain employment.
* Assist clients in building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and community members.
* Support clients with the development of a strong work ethic.
* Recognize and adapt to individual learning styles and needs.
* Collaborate with the client, employer, coworkers, and client's support teams.
* Establish and cultivate relationships with businesses and develop employment opportunities with various employers.
* Maintain professional competencies through training, staff meeting attendance, and ongoing education as required by program funding sources.
Required:
* Three verifiable positive references.
* Pass a criminal history check.
* Current CPR/FA or open to obtain certification.
* Oregon driver's license and a good driving record.
