Your New Opportunity:
You serve guests according to best practices and cultural values (do good and contribute joy!).
You have upselling skills and product knowledge to ensure all guests receive their favorite F&B’s.
You maintain ownership and contribute to guest-happiness and successful sales.
You are able to “read” your fellow-humans and own your mistakes.
You have great problem-solving and reasoning skills.
What You Will Tackle:
Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Observing guest reactions and conferring frequently with team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints to over-the-moon satisfaction.
Serves guests according to established SCP procedures.
Follow Hotel policies with lost and found items.
Adhere to Hotel requirements for guest and team member accidents or injuries and in emergency situations.
Continuously promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts.
Report to the F&B Manager/F&B Supervisor on-time, rested, and ready to grow(!).
Maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.
Take orders, accept payments, compute guest checks, operate a point-of-sale register system.
Ensure daily setup procedures are complete; complete prep for next shift.
Perform routine cleaning duties as assigned.
Bus tables as needed.
Set up and serve special functions and events as scheduled.
Reports tips for each pay period.
Adhere to relevant Food Safety Hygiene standards.
Other duties as assigned.
The Essentials:
Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit.
Must have a valid State-Issued Driver's License.
1 years leadership experience in Food and Beverage preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent
