We currently have openings for all shifts.
We are looking for someone with availability 6am to 4pm.
8 hour shifts with flexible start and end times.
You work with our women and young children (newborn to age 6).
Duties may include but, are not limited to, assist/observe clients in a chemical dependency setting with basic skills; cooking, cleaning, etc.
escort clients off grounds to outside appointments, provide daycare while mothers are in group, facilitate/observe urinalysis testing, monitor medication dispensing to both clients and children, complete basic house and office cleaning duties.
Bilingual preferred, Spanish or any language!
MUST BE COVID VACCINATED.
Daily responsibilities could include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Monitor childcare schedule/activities*
At the start of shift review break schedule and evaluate who will need what breaks, facilitate and cover for breaks as needed
*Ensure daycare ratios are appropriately scheduled/followed*
Direct flow of childcare transitions to make sure we have kids where they need to be so daycare areas are not overcrowded
*Ensure children are packed for daycare, diaper changes are happening, and that educational activities are begin done.
*
Ensure snack menu is followed
*Ensure other employees are reinforcing success, using positive discipline and providing high-level quality care*
In addition, there will be administrative responsibilities.
