Pfeifer Roofing Inc.
is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth workflow.
This is a key role that requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Manage all administrative tasks and ensure efficient office operations
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting as necessary
- Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
- Manage office calendars and scheduling
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage financial tasks
- Proficiency in phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent calendar management skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
