The homes are very much plug and play, similar to an rv setup.
All the homes are built on wheels (gets around a lot of permitting issues) which allows us to deliver them anywhere in North America.
The homes are built in Philomath, Oregon and on average take about 19 - 22 weeks to build.
Once the interior and exterior are built out, we will be delivering them to the customers location.
